2. Scope of Services:
Big Red Technology offers a range of tech solutions, including software development, IT consulting, network security, cloud-based services, and more. The specific details of each service will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms:
Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms specified in the service agreement. Pricing, invoicing frequency, and accepted payment methods will be provided in each specific service agreement.
4. Late Payment Policy:
The Late Payment Policy is as follows:
- Invoices are due upon receipt.
- A grace period of 10 days is provided beyond the due date.
- Late fees, calculated at 25% of the total invoice amount or $50 (whichever is higher), will be applied if payment is not received within the grace period.
- Late fees void any discounts on the account.
- Hosting services may be temporarily suspended if payment remains outstanding beyond 10 days.
- Reactivation after suspension incurs a $50 reactivation fee.
- Hosting services may be terminated if payment is not received within 30 days after the due date, including the 10-day grace period.
- Big Red Technology is not responsible for data loss resulting from suspension or termination of services.
- Late fees will accrue at a rate of $10 daily until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Payments can be made through PayPal. Please remit payments to [payment@codered.ltd].
- Clients will be notified about late payments, impending service actions, and other related matters primarily through email.
5. Usage of Completed Work for Marketing and Training Policy:
The Usage of Completed Work for Marketing and Training Policy is as follows:
- The Company grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, display, and showcase completed work for their intended purposes.
- Marketing and training usage may include portfolio showcases, case studies, social media posts, marketing materials, and training materials.
- Client confidentiality is preserved, and sensitive information will not be disclosed without explicit consent.
- Clients may opt-out of having their completed work used for marketing and training purposes by providing written notice to [payment@codered.ltd] within 15 days of project completion.
- The Company may use completed work for marketing and training purposes indefinitely unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
- Clients acknowledge and agree that the Company retains ownership and copyright of the completed work unless explicitly stated otherwise in the original service agreement.
- This policy may be updated, and clients will be notified of any changes on this webpage.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
